Ruby Wing Moonstone (UV Color Changing Polish)
Je suis toute excitée de vous montrer un vernis qui change de couleur au soleil. Ruby Wing est une marque bien connue pour ces vernis réactifs aux UV, ils ont plein de couleurs et j'en possède plusieurs. Aujourd'hui je porte Moonstone, un vernis bleu pastel fluo à l'ombre, et bleu pervenche ou violet au soleil (suivant l'intensité du soleil). Les 2 premières photos ont été prises à l'intérieur avec flash, la 3ème a été prise sous in ciel nuageux (le changement de couleur est moins flagrant mais vous pouvez voir un joli dégradé de couleurs) et les 2 dernière en plein soleil. Impressionnant non ? Bon le seul point faible de ce vernis c'est la formule. C'est pastel, il n'est pas très opaque et il fait des "trous" à l'application. Ah c'est terrible, j'ai du mettre 4 fines couches mais il sèche relativement vite donc ça ne m'a pas pris trop de temps. Vous le trouvez comment ?
I am very excited to show you a polish that changes color with the sun. Ruby Wing is well known for their UV reactive polishes, they have lots of colors and I own several. Today I wear Moonstone, a pastel blue neon color in the shade, and periwinkle blue or purple in the sun (depending on the intensity of the sun). The first two pictures were taken indoors with flash, the 3rd was taken under cloudy sky (the color change is less obvious, but you can see a nice color gradient) and the last two in the sun. Impressive is not it? The only weak point of this varnish is the formula. This is pastel, it is not very opaque and it is "holes" during the application. Oh, it's terrible, I had to put 4 thin coats but it dries relatively quickly so it did not take me too long. What do you think of this polish?
